Steel fabrication, welding and shot blasting in Swindon

Booth & Son Ltd is a friendly, local, family run welding company. We are based in Purton, Swindon, convenient to the M4 and the major roads, making it easy for us to deliver to our customers.

Our company was established in 1990 and now has a workforce of more than 20 employees. Our premises are large and our team is higly skilled, enabling us to carry out a wide range of projects for both business and private customers. We are steel stockholders and specialise in steel fabrication, welding and shot blasting. No job is too small.

• Booth & Son are currently working with a large car manufacturer, and have been for the last 15 years, fabricating new and refurbishing their old stock. We are used to working to tight deadlines and with high volumes. We have the equipment and facilities to provide them with on- site shot blasting and painting services.
• Booth & Son also work closely with a Waste collection company repairing all types of skips, plant and machinery. 
• We are also working on a project for a large gas bottle supplier fabricating gas stillage’s as well as providing a welding service for their vehicles and trailers throughout the 2012 Olympics.
• Booth & Son can supply and erect steel frame buildings, design and build bespoke stair cases and we also supply all types of steels to the building trade and other customers. 
• Our shot blasting services are not limited to just metal surfaces and vehicles. We have just completed a project shot blasting a timber building including its brick work.
• We have and are able to shot blast vintage and classic cars and other delicate items using a very fine media.
• We’ve just completed a stainless steel balustrade and gate and two stainless steel tanks.
• Converting two curtain sided vehicles, removing the roof and head boards and adapting them in to a flat beds.
